First Getting a Dock,
You figure out what it is..
Go to http://www.rocketdock.com, then downlaods, Then just downlaod it..

After downlaod i think its in a .rar file, but if it isn then jsut go on the folder.. You will need to install it..
After you should run RocketDock And have this, Picture:

Alienware:
Alienware is where you can get computers.. Liks to but them.. Mostly For gamers,, But There is free stuff they will give you.

AFter when you downloads it you have to install it also...You should have a icon Call AlienGUIse or somthing like that.. AFte you install it. Also there is a media player downlaoad Ont he same website i gave you near the bottom there is these media player you can downlaod 4* of them , you can pick wich one but its only for xP. =P The media player is only for xp.. wehn yougo onto aLienGuise There is alot of option you can pick heres mine.

This also makes your icon change.. Same with start button and alot of stuff.. But it wont delete any files. And it no virus..

How to change you time to have different text.. Ionly know how on Xp , but on Vista it might be the same...
goto Control Panel, Regional and language option.. And when it opens there is a custimaze button , click it and there should be thing you can change like
